Our heating systems are fully designed and installed for each individual property to ensure the correct sized boiler is used. All rooms are measured individually to also ensure the correct sized radiators for that room will be installed.
Whilst we are fully trained heating engineers we often fit new radiators either as replacements or additions to an existing system. Your business must comply with Regulation 35. This Safety Record proves compliance to meet Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulations 1998
Landlord's Gas Safety Record
If you rent out a residential building you must have this Safety Record. Inspections must be carried out at least once a year and you must keep a copy of all paperwork for at least 2 years after every check.
